It was learned that Jiahe county placed much more attention on the small gardens construction in rural areas in recent years. It was purposely to upgrade the living condition of the masses on the process of the improvement of overall development of urban and rural areas. It was reported that 97 villages of Jiahe county were facilitated the small gardens, covering 41% of the total ones.
