It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Finance Bureau that the total financial revenue of the first ten months of 2013 hit 16.54 billion yuan, covering 75% of annual target. It was with an increase of 16%, ranking the fourth place of Hunan province.
Thanks to the increasing electricity price, improvement of real estate market, acceleration of urbanization and intensified settlement, Chenzhou financial revenue was kept with a steady growth. According to the data, the total amount for the increase of the tax of electricity, real estate, construction industry was reached 840 million yuan in the first ten months, accounting for 69.5% of the total increase. It contributed greatly to the growth of financial revenue, which was about 2.6% higher than Hunan provincial average level.
It was reported that from January to October, total revenue of local tax bureaus of Chenzhou city was amounted to 6.434 billion yuan with an increase of 17.07%, 2% higher than Hunan provincial average level. Total revenue of national tax bureaus of Chenzhou city hit 4.572 billion yuan with an increase of 4.25%. Non-tax revenue played an important role for the increase of total financial revenue of Chenzhou city with an amount of 6.28 billion yuan, ranking second place of Hunan province. This non-tax revenue was about 53.7% of local income, ranking first place of Hunan province.
At the meantime, the expenditures on well being and other key projects were kept increasing in Chenzhou city. The public finance and budget was amounted to 22.8 billion yuan with a growth of 32.8%. In the first 10 months, 8.63 billion yuan has been place on “100 well-being projects”, which effectively promoted the implementation of Chenzhou city’s policies concerned for well-being.
