It was learned from Guiyang County Energy Office that biogas supply for 807 families have been finished in the county, 816 solar water heaters and 713 coal-saving ovens have been promoted for the villagers as well, covering the annual task as 107.6%, 102% and 101.9% separately. All were ahead of the annual task. 2336 families were benefited from these clean energy facilities.

As one of the key well-being projects of the county, biogas construction was enrolled into the target assessment system to check the implementation work carried out by villages and towns. At the meantime, enhanced propaganda work, pilot demonstration, technical training, service network construction and some other measures were handled out in the county to promote the clean energy project’s development. 10 new rural service centers and one large biogas utilization project were built in the county.
