It was reported that a press conference for one of the key construction projects of civil defense of Chenzhou city - Guiyang “Light of Hibiscus County- City Square” was held in Guiyang county on December 12, 2013. Guiyang “Light of Hibiscus County- City Square” was famous for its features of innovative commercial model, four innovations, commercial aircraft with huge investment and typical example of project for both peacetime and wartime use.

Guiyang “Light of Hibiscus County- City Square” was launched by Guiyang county government and finally invested and development by Hunan Dayuan Investment Co., Ltd. independently after winning the open tendering. It is located on gardening Ou’yang Hai square where is the central area of Guiyang county, covering 160,000 square meters. It is the first garden technology and culture commercial city in south Hunan area.
