It was learned that 11.07 million yuan awards have been issued to Yinxi village, Guangtang village, and etc. by Jiahe county finance. It was purposely to praise their hardworking and great achievements on handling190 well-being projects to upgrade the new rural construction.

Some innovative ways were carried out in Jiahe county to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas in recent years, especially assisted with the financial support. Detailed rules and regulations were specified to the “one project, one proposal” project by the finance departments on the basis of Jiahe county’s practical condition. Followed with these regulations, special personnel were dispatched to the projects site to check, follow, supervise and finally approve the project step by step. Because of the strict procedures, the awards for projects were ensured to be correct, which highly promoted the development of public programs. Till the end of this November, 148 ones of the 190 projects handled in 13 towns and villages of Jiahe county have been fulfilled yet, and rest 42 ones were under construction. 66.09 million yuan were placed on the projects as village roads, water conservancy, drinking water pipes, water channels, bridges, sanitary facilities, public activity centers, greening projects, street lamps, etc, which greatly helped to upgrade the living condition of 310,000 people of the county.
