11.98 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled from this January to November, arterial highway of it ranking first place of Hunan province

It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Transportation Bureau that Chenhou city was ranked top place in Hunan province on the work of transportation construction, overload disposal, regulation of passenger transportation market, greening and decoration of highways, well-being, etc. Total length and density of highway are higher than some neighboring cities as Shaoguan, Qingyuan, Ganzhou, etc., which enabled it to be transited from traffic node city to traffic hub city.

2013 was the crucial year for transportation construction. Focusing on four activities as crucial year of transportation construction, year of protection, year of upgrading of management, and year of optimization of working style rectification, Chenzhou city tried great efforts on the establishment of national modern and comprehensive traffic hub city. Series innovative methods were applied and tried by relative departments to promote the traffic construction rapidly.

Total investment set a new record of Chenzhou history

11.98 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled from this January to November, ranking top place of Hunan province. Expressway, arterial highway, rural road, channel greening, channel lightening, bridge and some other projects and unplanned projects were with the amount of 5.041 billion yuan, 2.521 billion yuan, 529 million yuan, 385 million yuan , 437 million yuan, 310 million yuan and 2.757 billion yuan separately. Especially for arterial highway which was three times more than last year, ranking first place of Hunan province. It was estimated to finish 13 billion yuan investment in 2013.

Projects were promoted with extraordinary speed

Yanru expressway is about to be opened to public, Leiyi expressway’s repairing project has been fulfilled yet, and preliminary work of Guixin expressway was under promotion; 26 arterial highways projects of “twelfth five-year plan” were under large-scale construction process, more than 100kms of which were estimated to be opened to public within 2013; 713kms rural roads have been finished in 2013, accounting for 141.5% of annual task; 86.80 million yuan investment has been placed on above third-level passenger stations, accounting for 117% of annual task; and 11 rural passenger station and 296 rural bus stops have been fulfilled as well. The preliminary work was ahead of Hunan province. 399 arterial highway’s preliminary work for the 26 projects of “twelfth five-year plan”has almost been finished, ranking the first place of Hunan province.

Sound quality control work was handled out well in Chenzhou city

It was introduced that the quality control supervision rate and qualification rate of the supervision projects were with 100%, ranking first place on the first half year’s evaluation of Hunan province. 328kms of 15 arterial highway projects were covered into the adjustment plan of mid-stage assessment of Hunan provincial“twelfth five-year plan”, ranking the top three places of Hunan province and some historical breakthroughs were achieved on water transportation projects, such as upgrading project for Suxian section of Leishui channel was amounted with 280 million yuan investment and two 500-ton harbors of Changyingtou, Zixing city with 80 million yuan investment were listed into the adjustment plan of Hunan provincial“twelfth five-year plan”.
