39 projects have been fulfilled
124 projects reaches or exceeds the annual average rate
It was learned from Chenzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau that 211 projects with budget investment of 49.51 billion yuan and annual investment of 19.133 billion yuan were handled in Chenzhou city in 2013.
18.539 billion yuan has been fulfilled till the end of this November, covering 96.9% of annual plan with an increase of 10.8%. 36 projects as first phase of Lishushan road (former Zhujiawan road), Blessing Square of Suxian district, Chenzhou Sports Center, Seven-star Park, and etc. have been finished yet. 124 projects reached or exceeded the annual average rate. 200 million yuan investment of 253 million yuan annual plan investment for 17 temporary projects issued by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government has been completed as well. Some of the 17 projects have been finished yet.
In order to meet the annual tasks, more strengthened supervision and scheduling work was handled out by Chenhou Infrastructure Office, especially after the conference of “one-hundred-day campaign”. The relative departments tried their best to obtain the capitals from higher level governments by reasonable utilization of favorable policies and vigorously activate the social capitals to join in the projects construction with various innovative mechanisms. At the meantime, enhanced leadership was handled by relative departments with enhanced working measures to promote the projects construction rapidly. The project owners followed the annual targets to adjust and optimize the construction plans with inverted time schedule and integrated resources. Construction organizations arranged much more capitals, labor forces and facilities to carry out the construction issues and tried their best to meet the time schedule well.
Furthermore, Chenzhou city would strictly follow the “assessment solution on 2013 urban area infrastructure construction” to check all the 211 projects and some infrastructure projects handled by relative departments and sub-district departments from December 20 to 30, 2013. The results would be important proof of annual appraisal.
