It was learned from corresponding communication meeting between bank and enterprise of Guiyang county, 6.12 billion yuan contracts were signed among 9 professional banks and 16 enterprises of the county. 5 billion yuan contract was for the strategic cooperation agreement reached between Changsha Bank and Guiyang Government, which was mainly for urban construction, three-rural development and some other aspects.

It was learned that 4.5 billion yuan financing agreement was successfully achieved by holding this kind of corresponding communication meeting in last three years in Guiyang county. The deposit and loan for Guiyang county were amounted to 13.989 billion yuan and 6.112 billion yuan separately till the end of this November with the increase of 12.21% and 21.46% accordingly, ranking first place of Chenzhou city. According to the data, 276 million yuan loans were issued to the small and medium-sized enterprises in the first eleven months of 2013, which greatly helped to promote their development.
