The site of mobilization meeting

It was learned that a mobilization meeting for construction of Guixin expressway was held on December 25, 2013 in Chenzhou city. This new expressway from Guidong to Xintian became the new top issue of Chenzhou city’s transportation construction. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the meeting. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee addressed an important speech on the site.

Xiang stated that Guixin expressway became the new top issue of Chenzhou city’s transportation construction, which was significant for the perfection of east-west transportation condition of Chenzhou city and for the wider opening up of the south gate of Hunan province. Xiang emphasized that all departments should carry out sound coordination work to grant the project with best construction condition and try best to form a cycling and opening transportation pattern of Chenzhou city. It was purposely to support Chenzhou city’s “take-off”.

Guixin expresseay was a major highway project of Hunan province highway planning. This 162.7-meter long expressway was from Zhaiqian town of Guidong county, and past through Zixing ciy, Suxian district, and Guiyang county to Yutian of Guiyang county. It was planned to be built as a four-lane road of both direction with about 14.62 billion yuan investment. According to the time schedule, it would be finished and placed to operation in 2017. This project stretched over four expressways as Yueru, Jinggang’ao, multiple track of Jinggang’ao and Erguang express way. Once finished, it would be capable to connect with the expressways to Jiangxi, Fujian and Guangxi province.
