It was reported that a symposium on poverty relief and development in Luoxiao mountainous area of Chenzhou city was held in Rucheng county. Vice presidents who are in charge of credit and loan of all financial departments, principals from 40 enterprises which were intended to obtain the loan financing, and principals from the departments of Rucheng county attended the conference.

Rucheng government paid great attention on the financial work which helped to improve the financial condition and reached great achievements on the cooperation between bank and enterprise. Xiarong expressway and Yueru expressway were opened to public, which would grant better condition to Rucheng county’s improvement. It would keep following up with the development of enterprises and promote the cooperation among banks, enterprises and government to solve the problems hindered on the way of enterprises’ development. It would help to upgrade Rucheng county’s poverty relief and economic development and provide sound financial condition accordingly.

23 construction projects concerned for infrastructure, industrial park, tourism industry, “three-rural issues”, culture, education, sanitation, sports, public programs, etc. were introduced to the financial departments by Rucheng government. The representatives of enterprises presented their comments and suggestions on enterprises’s situation and development under current financial condition. Principals who are in charge of credit and loan of financial departments delivered speeches there and presented detailed description of their credit policies. All of them expressed their willing to enhance the cooperation with the enterprises of Rucheng county and support Rucheng county’s economic development. At the meantime, Rucheng Government recommended the financial institutions to figure out some special credit policies for Luoxiao mountainous area’s poverty relif and development to reach win-win cooperation and to enhance the financial training for relative government department and enterprises.
