It was reported that a Chinese New Year greetings meeting was held on Feb. 7, 2014- first working day after the Spring Festival holiday. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that all staffs should place more attention on further enhancement of “three-overalls” to reach better achievements in the new year.

Followed with the requirements of working style rectification issued by the central government, Chenzhou city gathered staffs together by holding this greetings meeting to express New Year greetings and blesses among all. Xiang highly affirmed the gorgeous results achieved by all departments in 2013 and asked all departments to play better role in the new year to promote the improvement of Chenzhou city.

Xiang emphasized that “three-overalls” should be enhanced in the new year, they were overall of practical activity of the Party’s mass line, overall of deepening reform and overall of key projects. As stated by Xiang that the practical activity was a big concern for Chenzhou city’s working style rectification construction and some other work, so all activities should be carried out on the basis of Chenzhou city’s practical condition, should be implemented to promote reform and development and well-being condition, and should be combined with the construction of key projects to ensure their correct improvement direction.

Xiang stated that the comprehensive deepening reform was the top issue of Chenzhou city, so all departments should further enhance the organization of the reform with better plan and should focus on key areas and key points to reach better breakthrough of reform, especially focus on the targets of establishing the pilot or trial region of Hunan provincial reform.

Xiang also said all departments should play full role to improve the overall, study, scheduling and service of key work, key projects, key reform, and key items with more innovative working forms and effective working efficiency.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the meeting.
