It was reported that 2014-2016 working plan for new industrialization was figured out by Zixing city to promote its industrial transformation & upgrading and economy development.

It was introduced that this plan was focused on self-dependent innovation, talents construction and financial service innovation to promote the improvement of key projects, platforms, enterprises, innovations, emission reduction and great convergence. Targets as 100 billion yuan industrial volume, 33 billion yuan scale industry added-value, 76% proportion for scaled industry added value of GDP, 30% proportion for emerging industry added value of scaled industry added value, 30% proportion for high-tech industry added value of scaled industry added value, and 20% proportion for producer services of GDP were set on the plan to be met in 2016.
