It was reported that a conference was held by Chenzhou delegation before third session of twelfth Hunan Provincial People’s Congress was closed. It was purposely to list the requirements for Chenzhou city’s current work on the basis of full implementation of the session’s spirit. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee stated that all departments should try best to fight for good start of economic development in the first quarter of 2014 and fulfill all targets accordingly. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City was present at the conference. Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee hosted the conference.

Xiang highly affirmed the work handled out by the representatives in the sessions for they well placed their roles of representatives to present their suggestions there. It was good for them to get the favorable policies and chances to reach better development. All representatives should follow the spirit of the sessions to carry out further creative work on the basis of Chenzhou city’s practical condition.

Xiang required that all departments should try best to handle current work with the guidance of the sessions’ spirit to reach good start of economic development in first quarter of 2014 and fulfill all targets accordingly. Currently, all departments should focus on the key points as “reform”, “opening up”, “transformation”, “overall development”, “working style rectification” , etc. At the meantime, more efforts should be tried on projects construction, the second batch of mass line educational practices, agricultural improvement, deepening reform, maintenance of social stability and safety, etc. Xiang also required that all representatives should fully play the demonstration role to contribute more to economic and social development of Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai stated that closer attention should be paid on economy scheduling to promote the projects construction under current situation, especially for the leaders and cadres should check the front line work of the projects to solve the problems accordingly. More efforts should be tried on the reform with first trying. Assisted with the chance of pilot for Hunan provincial industrial and commercial registration system reform, all departments should further free mind with better propaganda work and government service to promote the reform well.
