It was learned from Administrative Committee of Guiyang Industrial Park that great achievements were reached by the industrial park of Guiyang county in 2013, such as total income of technology, industry and trade was amounted for 35.83 billion yuan with an increase of 47.3%, 0.4 million standard workshops were finished, 22 projects were settled in the park, it was selected as one of the 15 Hunan provincial pilot demonstrations of circular economy, and etc. " We are fighting for a upgrading version of the industrial park's economy in 2014, including 50 projects promotion,0.4 million standard workshops construction, 20 industrial projects' introduction and reform of one item."

In 2013, some innovative and efficient mechanisms were tried in the industrial park to stimulate the development of the park's economy. Electronic information, advanced manufacturing, new energy industries, and some new projects were handled out in the park, which greatly helped to optimize the economical structure of the park.
