When reporters arrived at Shuangxi town, the staffs dispatched to the town have started their work to learn details of the village and villagers there. Some cadres of villages could not help to express their happiness and expectation of better and faster development of their villages.

It was introduced that 47 elites were selected from the subordinate departments of Linwu county to form 23 special working teams. All the teams were dispatched to relative villages to assist their well-off society construction, especially on rural grass-roots organizational construction and new rural construction. Villagers highly welcome theses teams and hoped they can play good role to promote their villages’further development.

Linwu county focused on promoting overall development of urban and rural areas and construction of demonstration villages of well-off society with the spirit of “twenty words” of socialist new rural construction and working idea of demonstration construction to carry out the grass roots work. The county also kept the concept of ecological civilization construction to promote the livable county construction with enhanced rural land management, regulation of rural housing and construction planning. At the meantime, followed with the “six principles”, the masses’ awareness and consciousness on regulated rural housing were upgraded greatly. Furthermore, the county paid special attention on making every village with its unique feature on the process of construction. It was purposely to establish a batch of service-oriented advanced grass roots party’s organization and build series well-off beautiful villages by handling this activity to dispatch special working teams to relative villages. According to the plan, 20 sets high standard new rural houses should be finished in every demonstration area at the end of 2014.
