It aimed to increase 10 more listed companies in three years

It was reported that a promoting conference for listed companies was held in Chenzhou city recently. It was stated on the conference that more efforts should be tried to meet the target that 10 more listed companies can be available in Chenzhou city in three years. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference and delivered an important speech there.

Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government paid much attention on the listed companies’ issue, so issued some relative documents with favorable policies sequentially. Currently, Jingui Silver has been successfully listed to the market and 12 enterprises as Yuteng Non-ferrous were enrolled into the major back-up listing companies list of Hunan province.

Qu stated that the principal purpose to promote the listed companies was to improve modern enterprises’ development with modern industrial system and then promote Chenzhou city economy’s transformation and upgrading. More efforts should be tried to increase 10 more listed companied in Chenzhou city in following three years to form a “Chenzhou” plate in the capital market.

Qu pointed out all departments should be more aware and confident to promote the listed companies issues under current favorable condition. All departments should seize the chance and take active actions to promote the listed companies issues to improve the development of enterprises.

Qu said more attention should be placed on the key point and standardized operation to accelerate the pace of promotion of listed companies. All the pre- listed companies should prepare well on preliminary work to promote the listing work faster and choose suitable intermediary to handle standardized operation with suitable market positioning.
Qu pointed out that more attention should be paid on upgrading and continuous development to promote the listed companies to be improved better and bigger. All the promotion work should be followed the requirements of modern industrial system with better corporate governance structure and innovation. Enhanced financing work should be carried by handling some projects to upgrade the enterprises’ major works and win credit by regulated operation.

Qu required that better service and optimized condition should be provided to assist the promotion of listed companies. All departments should enhance the guidance work with better service and condition to promote the substantial progress of the listed companies of Chenzhou city. At the meantime, better cultivation and follow-up work should be handled out by the departments to grant the companies with more favorable policies and training to accelerate the promotion of listed companies.

Zhang Xihui- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the conference. Some representatives of the pre-listed companies, securities and banking financial institutions and principals of relative departments addressed their speeches on the conference.
