Xiang Lili, Quhai and some other municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the launching ceremony

2014 is the last year for Chenzhou city's "another three years for new refulgence". 7 major projects concerned for industrial construction, upgrading of Chenzhou city and well being were started on March 28, 2014, which helped to further promote the projects construction work handled out in Chenzhou city. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the launching ceremony.

Two projects- relocation and technical improvement projects of China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Co., Ltd. Chenzhou Tobacco Factory & three roads and one river construction project were the most noticeable ones among the seven and new auto fuel production project with annual output volume of 200,000tons of Tengxiang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The first one covered with 130,000 square meters construction areas was placed with 1.72 billion yuan investment, once finished, its annual production volume can reach 500,000 master cartons with over 10 billion yuan annual sales revenue. Three roads and one river construction project was a supporting project covered Tianjiawan road, Huozhan south road, Yanchang road and Xiawan river. The new fuel produced by the second project can replace the place of petrol and diesel. It was introduced that a new production base with the production capacity of 2 million tons would be construction in Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park. It would be handled by three phases. The first 200,000tons project was the first phase project with 300millon yuan investment. It was estimated to be finished in this August. Once ready, its annual output value can reach 2 billion yuan.

A series upgrading projects concerned for the upgrading of Chenzhou city were launched at the same day. 116 projects for greening project (forth phase) would be carried out with high level planning, construction and management to upgrade people’s living condition. The lighting projects were knee for the night scene and parks projects which would help to grant the citizens with leisure and harmonious ecological night scenes. The upgrading project of Chenzhou Train Station would be handled out with budget investment of over 15 million yuan. It was estimated to be finished in 60 days. 

Some well being projects as Foxiang mountain cemetery, renovation and extension project of Chenzhou Technician Institute, and etc. were launched in the ceremony. The first cemetery project was a public funeral and interment service project which was one of the 2012-2015 Chenzhou urban infrastructure projects and key projects. The 110.04 million yuan instituation project was estimated to be finished in 28 months, which was purposely to upgrade Chenzhou city’s skill training to provide more technical talents for Chenzhou city.
