The key projects construction was accelerated in Chenzhou city

When reporters arrived at the construction site of Chishi bridge, Xiarong expressway on April 20, 2014, all workers were busy with the construction issue. It was introduced by the principal of the construction site that all the construction work was accelerated to meet the target that the bridge can be opened to public in the end of this year. Currently, the approach bridges of the project have been finished and the main tower of the main bridge has been sealed the top and was proceeding for the girder’s construction. Chishi bridge project was one of the key projects of Chenzhou city which was handled with hot investment and construction in first quarter of 2014.

According to the data, 129 projects were confirmed as the key ones for Chenzou city, 51 of which were newly launched ones. 4.29 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled in the first quarter. 2014 is “year of sound working style and construction”, all relative departments tried best to optimize the service and construction condition. A “green channel” was facilitated to the approval submission of the key projects, which enabled all projects with sufficient required documents to be approved with less than 50% ordinary management time, approving within less than 7 working days. 50% of all the projects handled out by land departments were finished with less than 50% ordinary management time. 8 functional departments organized by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Office carried out a comprehensive inspection for the key projects connected with 100 leaders. No illegal behaviors happened during the construction process in first quarter.

The simplified approval procedures and optimized construction condition greatly helped to promote the key projects construction. Some newly launched projects and continuous construction projects were promoted fluently.
