It was required by Qu Hai when he investigated the key projects construction

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some key projects on April 21, 2014. Qu required that the projects should be promoted with highest level standard and some should be forged as competitive sample projects.

Xujiadong hot spring town project in Suxian district was one of the key projects for Chenzhou city’s activity of “year of establishment of hot spring city of China”. After learning the preparation work for the project, Qu said more perfect planning should be figured out for the projects and the preparation work should be accelerated to seize more time to implement the project and improve it to be a sample project for all hot spring town construction projects of Chenzhou city.

According to the plan, an interflow for Jing-gang-ao expressway and Chenzhou North Station would be set in Zaohetian group, Xujiadong town. It was very important to complete the road network of Chenzhou urban area to handle this project. After an on-site investigation, Qu required that further demonstration and evaluation should be carried out for this project. At the meantime, better preparation work and enhanced communication with upper level department should be handled out to try to place the project to construction at the soonest time.

“Four-center and one-hall” project was working on the foundation works which were promoted well. Qu stated that this project was one of the landmark projects for Chenzhou city’s infrastructure construction, which attracted all people’s eyes and concerns. The designing scheme should be extensively solicited the comments to ensure its sound functions with elegant appearance. Furthermore, the best technicians and construction team should be organized to implement this project to make sure the project to be finished on time with good quality.

A scheduling conference was held after the investigation. Qu said the project was the most important carrier and grip for the improvement of development and well-being condition. Currently, the economic situation was complicated and the downstream pressure became higher, so all departments should pay more attention to handle the projects construction to promote the stable increase of Chenzhou city’s economy.

Qu emphasized that all the projects owners should promote the preparation work such as demonstration of plan, approval of project, land declaration, removal of rod lines, and etc; all construction units should organize the best team to forge the project to be competitive and sample project; all relative departments should communicate well to support the projects construction and optimize the construction condition; and all leaders should enhance the leadership work to help the projects to solve some problems hindered on the way of their construction.

Qu Hai visited Chenzhou Convention and Exhibition Center and Chenzhou Sports Center to check their constriction of exhibition facilities and operation condition. Qu stated that all the projects should be applied to play their roles once finished, so more attention should be placed on organizing more exhibitions with ready facilities to expand the consumer demands.
