Xiang Lili investigated Suxian and Beihu district to make example for the members of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee to carry out educational practices of the mass line

It was reported that Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Suxian and Beihu district on April 22, 2014 to check their projects construction condition and make example for the members of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee to carry out educational practices of the mass line. Xiang stated that all staffs should devote themselves into the projects construction to promote the improvement of Chenzhou city and ensure all annual targets to be fulfilled on time.

In that morning, Xiang Lili led his investigation team visited some projects construction sites of Suxian district and learned details of their improvement. After listening to the comments and suggestions listed by the projects owners, Xiang required that the projects should be promoted faster under this golden construction season with scientific scheduling.

Xiang stated better construction condition should be created to promote the projects construction. Some problems as planning, land requisition and removal, roe line removal, and etc. should be solved at the soonest time to accelerate the projects improvement.

Xiang highly affirmed the construction work handled out by Suxian and Beihu district. He said it was a crucial stage for Chenzhou city’s take off and also it was the last year for “another three-year project”. Though under the economic downstream pressure, Chenzhou city still launched some new, big and good projects successfully. Xiang gladly to see the sound trend of projects on his investigation trip and encouraged them to solve the narrow-neck problems on the construction process and promote the projects to be improved rapidly.

Xiang said great efforts should be tried on the projects construction, should be focused on development to serve for the projects, should be tried on preliminary preparation work of projects to solve the problems hindered on the way, and should be placed on the promotion of projects to be finished sooner with good quality and efficiency.

Xiang pointed out the key concern for the promotion of projects and development was the working style rectification, so all work should be combined with the educational practices of the mass line to serve for the projects efficiently. It was purposely to optimize the economic development condition and promote the economy to be upgraded well and rapidly.
