Agreements on 5 key projects accounting for 16.6 billion yuan investment were signed on this conference

It was reported that a special promotion conference for investment attraction of “China’s hot spring city”was held in Longnv hot spring, Chenzhou city on April 29, 2014. Agreements on 5 key projects accounting for 16.6 billion yuan investment were signed on this conference. The five projects were as follow: Rucheng International Hot Spring Resort, Xianling High-speed Train Hot Spring Garden, Xujiadong Hot Spring Town, Yizhang Heyi International Sports Hot Spring City and Longnv Hot Spring Town.

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference and delivered speeches there. Over 60 merchants from different fields attended this promotion conference.

Chenzhou city was named as “China’s hot spring city”by Ministry of Land and Resources in 2011, which was the exclusive one in Hunan province. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government presented the strategic measures to “construct China’s hot spring city and strong tourism city” from 2013 and promote the construction of the brand of “city in the forest and leisure city”. Series policies were issued by Chenzhou city, some special actions such as three-year project for development of hot spring tourism were launched, and the construction of China’s hot spring city was started as well, all of which were helpful to attract more strategic investors.

Followed with international idea and standard, “one zone, one park and six hot spring tourism towns”project was promoted well to forge Chenzhou city as a high level and famous “China’s hot spring city”. According to the data, 27.946 million visitors visited Chenzhou in 2013 with an increase of 19.1%, accounting for 18.82 billion yuan tourism income with an increase of 21.9%.

Xiang Lili said, Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government should pay great attention on the development of hot spring tourism. High level hot spring tourism development plan should be figured out on the basis of the proved hot spring resources. At the meantime, more successful experience should be learned by Chenzhou city to explore innovative hot spring tourism development mechanism and invite more strategic investors to join in the development work.

Xiang said the hot spring tourism development meet the demand of scientific development perspective, people-oriented concept and general principal of ecological civilization construction. Chenzhou city was with unique hot spring resources, great potential market of hot spring tourism consumption and powerful economy and tourism demand support, which helped to establish a powerful working mechanism for the promotion of hot spring tourism.

Xiang said, it was a crucial stage for Chenzhou city’s hot spring tourism development. It was with milestone significant to handle this promotion conference as a new start for its development. The investors were encouraged to join in Chenzhou city’s hot spring tourism development with more features and higher standard and reach win-win cooperation in future.
Qu Hai introduced Chenzhou city’s practical condition on his speech and stated that there were great commercial opportunities for Chenzhou city’s hot spring tourism development. It was a good platform for the merchants to invest there. Followed with the win-win concept, Chenzhou city would provide the best investment condition and service for all the investors to ensure they can reach their goals successfully.
