It was learned from Changsha Customs Chenzhou Office that the customs clearance mode of“dependant clearance, dependant discharge” was expanded to more enterprises. The imported and exported cargoes of A-class operating units and B-class reporting units (including B-class) are qualified to follow this mode.
It was introduced by the principal of supervision department of Changsha Customs Chenzhou Office that sound results were achieved on the promotion of reform on customs clearance businesses with coastal regions by handling the “dependant clearance, port supervision”mode. The new mode of “dependant clearance, dependant discharge” was a more convenient one developed from the earlier mode. It marked that deepening reform on customs clearance businesses was promoted by General Administration of Customs now. This new mode was suitable for some customs management enterprises with high level credit.
Without such deepening reform, just 3 AA-class enterprises were favored with this “dependant clearance, dependant discharge”mode. But now, 25 A-class enterprises were qualified to follow this mode, which would be greatly helpful to simplify the customs clearance procedures and save more cost for Chenzhou foreign trade companies.
