It was learned that HK Wang On Group Limited signed the agreement with Beihu district on the investment of Chenzhou Hongjin International Logistics Center of Agricultural Products on May 14, 2014. In order to promote its construction, some staffs from the leading group office of Chenzhou city’s markets construction and Beihu district’s relative departments visited the construction site of this project and helped to settle some preliminary work with the project owner. This positive service highly upgrade the project owner’s confidence to handle the project in Chenzhou city.

Along with the promotion of educational practices of the Party’s mass line, the leading group office of Chenzhou city’s markets construction worked together with some relative departments to promote projects construction and gained great achievements.

Chenzhou city launched “three-year project of markets construction” from 2012. Some fundamental work as project packing, investment attraction, and etc. were finished in earlier 2 years. Full-scale construction work was started in 2014. It was intended to achieve great results in the end of this year. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government and also the district level’s party committee and government paid highly attention on the promotion of the markets projects by working closely with relative departments to handle the scheduling work. Some special scheduling conference for special projects were handled out on the process, which fully improve the 14 key markets projects in Chenzhou central urban area.

According to the data, 1.2billion yuan has been placed on the 14 key projects, covering 31.75% of annual budget. 9 of the 14 ones have been launched. Land acquisition, project approval and some other preliminary work have been done for 2 projects. The rest 3 ones just finished the site collection work.
