Sidelight on Xiang Lili’s efforts on promotion of projects construction in Linwu county

Project is the first concern for improvement of economy, so Chenzhou city pays great attention on the promotion of projects construction which is one of the important joint points for practicing educational practices of the Party’s mass line.

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Linwu county with Shou Jianzhong- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary-general of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee on May 19, 2014. Though encountered with heavy storm on their way for the visit trip’s first stop- 1600-meter high Tongtian mountain wind power station & tourism development project, they kept their schedule to go there.

Heavy storm and heavy fog slowed their speed on this dangerous road suspending over formidable abyss. But on arrival of the peak of this mountain, the rain stopped for a while which helped to show the beautiful sceneries of the high mountain meadow and big pinwheels there. Xiang Lili listened to the working report delivered by principal of Linwu county party committee and government and the construction party on the construction site and said: “in order to promote the development of tourism, more efforts should be placed on upgrading of infrastructures to ensure visitors safety under this precipitous condition.”

The second wave of rain came when Xiang delivered his speech, but he insisted to keep going on to second stop of this trip- manorial economy project on Jintangling, Zhennan town where is one of the remotest place of Linwu county. It took over 3 hours to arrive there from Tongtian mountain.

Jintangling Ecological Villa is one of projects invested by Hunan Chenzhou Zhuwanyou Company and the village. Wan Youren- owner of Zhuwanyou Co., Ltd. who was from the village hoped to contribute his efforts on development of his hometown, so he placed over 3million yuan on the infrastructure construction of this village. Along with this investment, Jintangling was rewarded as demonstration village of Hunan province new rural construction.

Wang expressed his development plan to Xiang Lili and also listed some problems hindered on the way of further improvement.

“It should be followed high-level plan to develop the manorial economy and also should be operated with concept of industrial economy and market-oriented measures.” Xiang shared his idea with Wang and interpreted the favorable policies on development manorial economy in Chenzhou city.

Xiang checked some other projects on this trip and emphasized that more attention should be placed on projects construction, reform, working style rectification and optimization of construction condition to promote the development. At the meantime, educational practices of the Party’s mass line should be promoted to solve more practical problems of people. 

Xiang left Jintangling at 7:05p.m.
