It was reported that headquarters economy building of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone was started for construction on May 26, 2014, which helped to promote the project construction of Chenzhou city in 2014.

“Headquarters economy” refers to the economic pattern that enterprises are attracted to settle their headquarters in a region with unique resources advantages and dispatch the production bases on some other areas with competitive advantages, which would help to optimize the enterprise value chain and regional resources and promote the development of the region. This headquarters economy building which was the first one in Chenzhou city was settled down in Chenzhou Economic Development Zone where is located along Chenzhou Avenue and belongs to the commercial area of Wuguang high-speed train and central area of “Chenzigui integration”region.

It was introduced that this project was invested by Chenzhou Xidan Real Estate Co., Ltd. The total area of the project was about 30mu and construction areas were 150,000 square meter. The headquarters building was about 80,000 square meters. This 228million yuan investment project was estimated to be finished at the end of 2017. It aimed to attract more headquarters to settle here from the platform – Hengyang Chamber of Commerce of Chenzhou City and forge a nesting zone of headquarters here. Once finished, it would be greatly helpful for further promotion of Chenzhou city’s transformation economic development, headquarters economy development, modern service industry development and “Chenzigui integration” improvement.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the launching ceremony of this project.
