When reporters arrived at the construction site of Chenzhou Ring Road East, workers were busy with the construction work. It was introduced that this is a north-south direction road from Chenzhou Bast Fibre Spinning Plant to Suxian north road and Xiezuo road. It was one of the important parts of Chenzhou city’s road network.
