It was reported that Rao Nanhu- Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee of Yuxi City and Mayor of Yuxi City led a government delegation to visit Chenzhou city from May 25 to 26, 2014. It was purposely to study Chenzhou city’s work on industrial development, overall development of urban and rural areas, infrastructure construction of transportation, ecological construction, administration approval, and etc. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee of Chenzhou City and Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Rao with his investigation.

The delegation visited Gospel, Delta Group, Taiwan Industrial Park and some other enterprises and industrial parks at their first stop in the morning of May 25, 2014. “Chenzhou city’s sound work on the industrial parks’ planning, management, environment improvement and industrial development were worthy to be studied by our city.”stated by the delegation. On learning that Chenzhou Export Processing Zone (Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park) was authorized with the “No. 1 official seal”’s rights on economic and social management work, all the representatives highly praised Chenzhou city’s reform on administration approval.

Xihe Wetland Park, tourism cultural street, Dongjiang Lake, Suxianling and some other beautiful tourism resorts were impressed the delegation with sound ecological civilization construction of Chenzhou city. After driving from Chenyong Avenue- a picturesque road, the delegation was impressed with the fast improvement on Chenzhou city’s “great cross” town cluster construction.

The delegation visited Yongxing Circular Economy Industrial Park, Xiangyindu transfer station for intelligent sanitary work on urban and rural areas, Sanhe village of Beihu district, new rural construction of Xiaobu village and some other places on their investigation trip. Both two cities shared their ideas on further promotion of the cooperation between each other.
Rao Nanhu stated that Chenzhou city’s good experience and methods on transformation development and scientific development especially the industrial parks’ development and reform of administration approval were helpful for Yuxi city to carry out further work. Qu Hai said there were some similar points for both cities on the location, resource, industry, ecology, and etc., so further communication and cooperation should be promoted and upgraded between the two cities.

Some municipal leaders from both Yuxi city and Chenzhou city attended some relative activities.
