Xiang Lili hosted the third session of leading group of deepening reform

It was reported that the third session of leading group of deepening reform of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee was held on May 30, 2014, which was hosted by Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee. Working reports for all special reform teams were addressed on the conference and some reform and implementation suggestions were presented to 7 special reforms as system reform for the Party’s construction and discipline inspection, administrative system reform, economic system reform, cultural and social system reform, social governance and judicial system reform, overall development of urban and rural areas reform and ecological civilization construction reform. Furthermore, specified working schedule were figured out to handle further deepening reform work. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference.

Xiang said, all reform work should be promoted and implemented well to ensure the essential breakthrough to be achieved on the reform. Economy, politics, culture, society and ecology construction should be promoted with the general grasp of reform to upgrade Chenzhou city’s economic and social development level.

Xiang emphasized that further study, research, engagement and reference on promotion of reform should be enhanced to upgrade the views of comprehensive and deepening reform and to ensure all the reform work to be improved well. The file system “1+7” concerned for reform should be perfected to grant Chenzhou city’s reform with a general guiding principal, route map, time schedule and accountability report. More attention should be placed on the key points, key problems, key highlights and key pilots.

Xiang pointed out that overall overview and coordination should be intensified for the deepening reform. The reform office of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee should perfect the responsibility system to handle the guidance, scheduling, work inspection and coordination among special reform teams. Besides handling the sound coordination work with reform office of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, the special reform teams should enhance the work to report to the special reform teams of Hunan Provincial Party Committee to ensure all the measures for reform to be promoted fluently with supports of different level of governments. Better propaganda work should be carried out to form a sound atmosphere to promote the reform in Chenzhou city. All reform measures should be implemented well with enhanced inspection and accountability measures.
