It was reported that Dongbaoyuan ecological breeding farmers’ cooperative was established in Lingxiu Yao minority town of Rucheng county on June 9, 2014, which was the first municipal level farmers’ cooperative available in the town.

It was introduced that this farmers’ cooperative was founded by Xu Haijun- one of the returned migrant workers of the town in 2011. Along with its development, many villagers of the town and other villagers around the town were attracted to join in the cooperative. Now, there were over 100 family members of this cooperative. Its ecological farm covered 30mu areas, 2500 square meters of which were construction areas, covering over 4 million yuan investment. The annual breeding pigs of the cooperative were over 4000 heads, accounting for 8 million yuan annual output value and 1.6 million yuan profit. At the meantime, over 500mu oil-tea trees were planted by the cooperative with an annual output volume of over 1000kgs, accounting for 0.2million yuan profit.
