Both the quantity and investment amount were ranked the top place among other cities of Hunan province

It was reported 2014 Hunan province-circumstance promotion conference and key projects press conference was held on June 17, 2014- the second day of “2014 Hunan (Shanghai) Trade Fair Week”. 10 projects accounting for 15.3billion yuan investment issued by Chenzhou city were signed the agreements on site, ranking the top place among other cities of Hunan province on both quantity and investment amount. Xu Shousheng- Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Director of Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, Du Jiahao- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hunan Province, and Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee witnessed the signing ceremony.

5 projects of the 10 as Hunan Anren Yipin tea manor, Longnv hot spring ( small town of hot spring), Zixing “Yuanhe new town”, Hunan Yifuyuan pension service and financial investment strategic cooperation were signed on site. Two of them were most eye-catching for the attendants. One was Hunan Yifuyuan pension service project which was invested by Shanghai Xuanyuan Investment Co., Ltd. in Pearl Mountain area of Zhenghe town, Guiyang county. It was a comprehensive project with the services of pension, recuperation, culture, education and habitation. New facilities for pension and recuperation, high-quality school and ecological landscape apartments would be facilitated to the project. It was estimated to be finished in 6 years.

The other project is “Yuanhe new town” which was invested by Shanghai Yuantai Real Estate Development and Management Co., Ltd. in Xingning town, Zixing city. “Because of the rapid development of Chenzhou city and beautiful ecological condition of Zixing city, we chose to place investment in Chenzhou city. The project construction will be driven with the modern service industry improvement.”said Ma Chengliang- Chairman of Shanghai Yuantai Real Estate Development and Management Co., Ltd. “Yuanhe new town” project was aimed to be forged as a model for national new urbanization construction by placing more efforts on nature, ecology, energy saving and culture heritage.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
