A cooperation agreement on Zhongyuan Hongguang International Logistics Park was signed between Guangzhou Zhongyuan Logistics Co., Ltd. and Chenzhou Hongguang Logistics Co., Ltd. on June 17, 2014. It aimed to fulfill annual output value of 2billion yuan and annual profit and tax payment of 200million yuan, which would be helpful for Chenzhou city to promote its e-commerce platform of non-ferrous metal to be the first brand of China.

The total planning construction lands of this logistics park were 300mu, including 218,000 square meters structure areas, which was covered with over 600million yuan investment. It would be handled out by two phases. The application procedures concerned for land, planning, construction, and etc. for 168mu lands of first phase project have been finished, and pile foundation work has been fulfilled as well. It planned to finish all the main work before this August 30, place bonded warehouse to trial operation on this September 1, and fulfill the project at the end of this year.

It was learned that this project was handled out on the basis of Chenzhou city’s logistic feature of industrial cluster, which would effectively undertake Chenzhou city’s transportation logistic network. Along with the bonded e-commerce platform construction, more excellent enterprises would be attracted to settle down in Chenzhou city and accelerate Chenzhou city’s transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics. The estimated annual operation volume of minerals was over one million tons, accounting for over 10billion yuan transaction amount.
