2014 Chenzhou Real Estate Investment Promotion Conference was held on June 27, 2014

6 projects covered with 1475mu lands were signed on site, accounting for 12.45billion yuan

Qu Hai, Liao Yuegui and some other municipal leaders of Chenzhou city visited the real estate projects exhibition

It was learned from 2014 Chenzhou Real Estate Investment Promotion Conference that 79 real estate projects with 72.6billion yuan investment were reached the agreements with some investors. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City announced the opening of the conference

This conference was with the theme of undertaking industrial transfer from Guangdong province, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the Pearl River Delta area and propagandizing the great cross town cluster projects of “Chenzigui” and “Chenyongyi”. It was purposely to upgrade Chenzhou city’s influence on opening up and promote its improvement on urbanization. 93 projects covering 11,300mu areas were launched on the conference. 79 of them with 9790mu areas were reached the agreements with the investors, accounting for 72.6billion yuan. 6 projects covered with 1475mu lands were signed on site, accounting for 12.45billion yuan.

“Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government carried out opening strategies to promote its development of real estate in recent years.” Qu Hai said to some representatives of the enterprises which attended this promotion conference. He also said that Chenzhou city has been changed greatly in recent years with the achievements on social development, harmonious society construction, and ecological construction. Though under high downstream pressure of the real estate market, Chenzhou city’s real estate industry was kept to be improved steadily with balance market supply and demand. The sale of commercial housing in first quarter was with an increase of 36.8%, ranking the second place of Hunan province. It was estimated to fulfill 17billion yuan investment on real estate in Chenzhou city in 2014. Chenzhou city would place more attention on the public service infrastructure construction in next step, so Qu expressed his willing to the representatives to keep confidence to promote the projects construction and promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chenzhou city’s real estate industry.

More than 140 representatives of some enterprises attended this conference and visited Chenzhou City Plan Exhibition Hall, some key real estate projects and plot for the investment attraction projects.

Liao Yuegui- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Minister of Chenzhou Organization Department and Minister of Chenzhou United Front Work Department addressed a speech on the conference. Zhang Yangping- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the conference. Some other municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended relative activities.
