It was reported that the first ten-billion-yuan-investment project of Chenzhou city- Yajule Wangxian Ecological Town was officially launched on July 2,2014. It was a comprehensive project of ecology and fitness.

This project was located near Heping community and Longtan Lake of Wangxian town, Suxian district. The cooperation agreement for this project was signed between Suxian government and Yaleju Real Estate Holding Company on last December 31 which was an 8-year construction project covered with 15billion yuan investment.

It was introduced that the total planing area for this project was more than 8000mu, including 5000mu construction areas. High-end hotel, national level sports park, low density residence, commercial walking street, schools, tourism facilities, and etc. would be available for this project once finished. 80,000 people were capable to live in this area. At the meantime, it would helpful to provide many job vacancies to local people and contribute great amount tax payment to local government. A new livable model would be granted to local people.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended this launching ceremony.
