It was learned from “implementation solution for ‘one-hundred day promotion’of 2014 key projects construction”that the time schedule for the operation of some projects was figured out. According to the time schedule, 17 projects which was not started or no substantial operation carried out should be fully operated before the end of 2014, 10 projects should be started before this September, and the preparation work for 7 projects should be promoted rapidly to ensure them to be started before this December.

July, August and September were the three key months for the “one-hundred day promotion” work. The key point concerned for this activity was to increase the operation rate of the projects, accelerate the construction progress of the projects and solve the problems hindered on the way of promotion of projects. 10 well-being projects as Chenzhou Forth Sewage Treatment Plant, supporting pipe network for Chenjiang river, rehabilitation hospital of Chenzhou First People’s Hospital, and etc. should be started before this September. 7 projects as Dongjiang drinking water project, Foxiangshan cemetery, Xujiadong hot spring town, and others should be tried to be started in the end of this year with better preparation work. 41 projects which were under construction should place more efforts on the removal of rod lines and other construction work.

As required by the one-hundred day activity, full load construction work should be carried out from July to September to ensure 75% tasks and visual schedules of all key projects to be finished then. 40% of the total investment and visual schedules of every project should be finished during this period. 91 problems which were badly affected the progress of the projects should be solved.

In order to ensure the project to be promoted well, some favorable policies were granted to the projects. Better service of the relative departments were arranged as well to solve some problems.
