When reporters arrived at the construction site of 4th section of G107 national road surrounded Yizhang county, workers were busy in handling the construction work. It was introduced by the principal of this project- Wang Chubing that this 3.2kms long section was a “narrow neck” section of the whole project, so he need to stay in the construction site everyday to ensure daily tasks to be fulfilled on time.

In order to handle out the construction work in the golden construction season of second half year, a competition activity called “120-day battle”was launched in Chenzhou city from July to October. According to the plan of that activity, the roadbeds and bridges for all continuous construction projects of “twelfth five-year plan”should be finished before the end of this September, so pavement construction work could be proceed in October. 16 projects covered with 330kms construction work, which were adjusted in the medium stage of “twelfth five-year plan should be proceed to substantial construction till the end of this August after finishing all preliminary work.

The labor competition activity would focus on following three points: first, progress of the projects- it referred to the rapid promotion of project by fulfilling the tasks well; second, quality of the projects- it referred to 100% qualified rate and the excellent rate should meet Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal standards; and third, safety production- it referred to no heavy casualty. Some working groups formed with the elites of relative departments were dispatched to different construction fronts to help to solve the problems hindered on the way of further progress of projects. Currently, land acquisition work was handled out smoothly for the expansion of the 4th section of G107 national road surrounded Yizhang county.
