It was required on the video conference of investment attraction and projects construction

It was reported that a video conference of investment attraction and projects construction was held in Chenzhou city recently. The spirit of tenth session of tenth Hunan Provincial People's Congress (expansion conference) was conveyed on the conference. At the meantime, the investment attraction and projects construction work handle out in the first half year of 2014 was summarized on the conference. It also figured out the work for next step. It was emphasized that all departments should pay great attention on the investment attraction and projects construction work by seizing the chance to obtain more favorable policies, capitals and projects. It was purposely to set the foundation for Chenzhou city's long term development. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference and delivered speeches there.

Xiang conveyed the spirit of tenth session of tenth Hunan Provincial People's Congress (expansion conference) delivered by Xu Shousheng- Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Director of Hunan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee and Du Jiahao- Governor of Hunan Province. Xiang stated that the sprit of the session should be implemented well. All departments should follow the requirements listed in the economic analysis conference for first half year of 2014 to handle out a high level development work, especially a new round of reform.

Xiang required that great efforts should be tried on investment and projects attraction. All work should be handled out by focusing on solving the problem of "why should we try to attract more?". Due to lack of research, preliminary work and driving forces, the attraction work was promoted slowly. All departments should try all best to seize the chance to obtain the national macro policies and transfer them to driving forces to promote the further development of Chenzhou city.

Xiang required that some key fields should be highlighted to solve the problem " what should we attract?" The investment attraction work should be combined together with promotion of projects construction. Both the two points were concerned for the comprehensive development of Chenzhou city, so all the departments should try best to promote them and grant powerful driving forces to Chenzhou city's take-off.

Qu Hai issued the allocation of projects construction. He stated that all departments should keep confidence to promote the projects construction, even upgrade it as the top theme of Chenzhou city's economic work.

Qu stated that more efforts should be placed on the key points. It is the golden season for projects construction in the second half year, all departments should follow the government's arrangement to handle the "one-hundred day construction" project with great confidence, powerful forces, suitable measures and best services. The key problems hindered on the way of further promotion of the projects should be solved, a batch of new projects should be proceed to the construction work, and a batch of projects under construction currently should be finished, all of which were purposely to ensure the annual targets of key projects investment to be fulfilled and grant powerful support to Chenzhou city's economic and social development. The promotion of projects should be accelerated by solving some narrow-neck problems as capital, land acquisition, pipe removal, administration procedure, investment attraction, and etc. Enhanced measures and more strict responsibility system should be carried out to ensure more achievements to be reached for the projects.

Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee delivered the working reports of the investment attraction and projects construction work of Chenzhou city in the first half year of 2014.
