"Comments on promotion of ten demonstration projects for overall development of urban and rural areas" was issued by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Office and Chenzhou Government recently. It was purposely to forge a batch of high level demonstration projects in Chenzhou city.

All the ten projects would be selected into the working evaluation of Chenzhou city and would follow a unified mechanism as one project, one leader, one working group and one solution. It was important platform for the counties and districts of Chenzhou city to promote the overall development.

The ten projects were as follow:
First- "five flowers" of Beihu district's well-off society construction. It would focus on the theme of "Chinese dream, happy village" to improve five villages- Tashui, Sanhe, Xiaobu, Shitoushan and Huayuan to be constructed as well-off society demonstration area with unique features.

Second- Anren Rice Field Park. That first rice field park of China was covered with over 100,000mu areas and 230million yuan investment. 16,000mu central areas would be established with modern agricultural views in four seasons as cole flower in the spring, lotus in the summer, harvest crops in the autumn, and snowy view in the winter.

Third- integrated area of rural reform in Puman village, Jiahe county. It was purposely to forge a pilot area of rural reform on reformation of land system, manorial economy, professional cooperative, integrated water supply of urban and rural area, technological demonstration in village, and etc.

Fourth-"two belts and seven points" for rural well-off new rural construction. It referred to rural well-off new rural demonstration belts of Chenzhou Avenue and Yizhang S324 line, and demonstration points of Chetou, Qiaokou, Tashui, Shitoushan, Baibuling, Puxia, and Xishui.

Fifth- new rural demonstration belt of Yongxing section along high speed train. 11 villages of three towns as Matian, Gaoting and Yangtang would be established to be a landscape with south Hunan folk house features.

Sixth- Zixing city fully promote the construction of demonstration city of overall development of urban and rural areas. It planned to promote "ten towns and one hundred villages" construction in"one circle and two lines" of Dongjiang lake economic circle, S322 line and S213 line and aimed to upgrade it to be Hunan provincial demonstration city.

Seventh- four agricultural brands. Linwu duck, Yuxiang noodle, Dongjiang fish and Zhengbang pig should be improved as symbolic agricultural leading enterprises.

Eighth- Xihe river ecological landscape. A 140kms long water ecological leisure gallery with 100million yuan investment would be promoted in 8 towns and villages of Guiyang county, Beihu district, Suxian district and Yongxing county.

Ninth- rural tourism demonstration county of Guiyang county. Focusing on 3 villas and 8 village groups' construction, a 20 square kilo meters ecological agricultural park would be established in Guiyang county.

Tenth- 106 national road poverty alleviation demonstration belt of Rucheng and Guidong county. Focusing on the construction of 15 villages and towns, 189 administrative villages and 9 industrial parks, a 120kms long beautiful rural demonstration belt would be established along 106 national road.
