It was learned from Chenzhou Agricultural Development Bank that till this August 11, over 60million yuan loans had been issued by the branch to purchase over 10.6million kgs summer grain. Chenzhou city’s summer grain purchasing work was carried out well with its support.

Because of the efficient stock of grain and more import rice brands entered the market, Chenzhou city’s grain market was operated not so good. In order to protect the farmers’ profit and ensure the safety of grain market, the pre-arranged planning on minimum purchasing price of early season grain was launched in Chenzhou city, which confirmed that the minimum purchasing level was 135yuan/50kgs. Followed the purchasing plan, Chenzhou Agricultural Development Bank arranged 310million yuan purchasing capitals beforehand, which helped to purchase over 115million kgs early season grain with the minimum price.

In this May, the bank carried out an investigation on the summer grain production, which helped to figure out the budget of the purchasing capitals beforehand. At the meantime, a “green channel” for the approval of credit loans was set by the bank to ensure the purchasing capitals to be prepared earlier.
