It was learned from the promotion conference of Chenzhou rural area's drinking water safety work held in Jiahe county that Chenzhou city should fulfill the target of grating drinking water safety for 760,000 rural residents in 2 years. This target included the task of 388,900 rural people's drinking water safety which has been placed by Hunan Provincial Government in early of 2014, the task of 222,300 people's drinking water safety which would be placed by Hunan Provincial Government in the end of this September and the task for 150,000 people in Sanshiliuwan area which Chenzhou city was fighting for currently.

According to the general arrangement placed by the central government, the State Council, Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government, the unsafety drinking water problem which was listed in the "twelfth five-year" plan has to be solved within the end of 2015. Over 1.39million people's drinking water safety issue was covered into the national planning. The tasks for Chenzhou city which should be finished in the two years was 3 times more than last year and was the maximum one in Chenzhou city's history.

Concerning for this hard tasks, it was stated on the conference that better systematic mechanism, responsibility mechanism, joint-work mechanism, leadership, management, and etc. should be formed and handled out in Chenzhou city to solve the problems and ensure all the tasks to be fulfilled on time.
