Xiangnan Comprehensive Market Promoted Fluently

When reporters walked along Chenzhou Avenue, they saw the marketing center of Xiangnan Comprehensive Market had been decorated beautifully and some workers were clearing it up. As one of the key projects of Beihu district, the staffs who worked for this market paid great attention on the promotion of the projects and tried to ensure it to be fulfilled on time.

 

It was introduced that the 500mu areas were covered into the project, 265mu of which was for first phase and 235mu was for the second phase. 1.5billion yuan was placed on the first phase investment.

 

Followed the concept of modern commercial city, the projects would be set with special market region, supporting apartments and warehousing region. It would be carried out phase by phase and was planned to be constructed as a commercial city with the functions of hotel, warehousing, logistic, marketing and management. Once finished, its total volume of business would hit over 10billion yuan and the tax payment would be about 15million yuan. 15,000 job vacancies can be provided by the project. All were good for social and economic development.

 

It was introduced by the staffs of Xiangnan International Logistic Park that the resettlement of four groups of Huaishuxia village covering 113 families was one of the projects for Xiangnan Comprehensive Market, which was the first apartment resettlement project was being handled in Chenzhou city. That resettlement project once became the narrow-neck problem got in the way of the promotion of the project. A special demolition headquarters was established by the staffs of the industrial park to promote the project. Series measures were figured out by the headquarters, which helped to gain substantial progress of the project. Till now, 109 families have signed the demolition and compensation agreements. 93families’ houses have been removed. The construction of resettlement place was proceeded fluently.

 

145mu areas for the first phase of the project have been approved and obtained successfully. The planning permission of 1-1 phase has been qualified and the project lands have been backfilled. Concerned for the land consolidation of the preliminary work as water supply, electricity supply, sewage disposal, drainage network, and etc., it has been finished as well.
