It was learned from People’s Bank of China Chenzhou Central Branch that till the end of this August, the loans balance for the 4 counties of Luoxiao mountainous area hit 14.349billion yuan which was 1.478billion yuan more than the beginning of 2014. It was with an increase of 11.48% which was 2.6% higher than increase rate of Chenzhou city’s new loans.

It was introduced by the principal of the branch, followed the arrangement of “outline of China rural poverty alleviation and development (2011-2020)”, the bank actively played its functions to enhance the cooperation and coordination among governments and financial institutions. The implementation solution for the poverty alleviation and development of Luoxiao mountainous area was figured out by the bank, statistical monitoring mechanism was perfected and the platforms for the cooperation among government and financial institutions were established too.

In the first half year, the signing ceremony for cooperation framework of Luoxiao mountainous area’s poverty alleviation and development was held in Rucheng county. People’ Bank of China Chenzhou Central Branch signed the strategic cooperation agreements with the four counties’ governments respectively in the ceremony and implemented the agreements firstly afterward.
