It was reported that a LED products promotion conference was held in Chenzhou city on September 29, 2014 to promote LED industry. A signing ceremony was held as well

This conference was sponsored by Chenzhou city and undertaken by Chenzhou economy and information committee. It was purposely to accelerate LED industry. On the conference, Xiangneng Hualei Photoelectricity Co., Ltd., Philip- Chendian Technology Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Huazhuo Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Huate Photoelectricity Technology Co., Ltd. and Chenzhou Changqi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. introduced their products. Eight enterprises as Xiangneng Hualei Photoelectricity Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement on site.

Chenzhou city's LED industry was improved rapidly in recent years. " Implementation solution of Chenzhou city's promotion of LED application pilot demonstration work" was issued by Chenzhou government in 2012 and "outline of Chenzhou city's LED industry development planning" was figured out by the government in this year. Currently, a complete LED industrial chain was established in Chenzhou city.

Li Ping- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and First Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City stated that the LED enterprises should enhance the technology innovation, upgrade the product quality and extend more markets. At the meantime, Li expressed his willing that the projects owners and construction units can take the priority of Chenzhou city's LED products on the basis of reasonable value.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
