It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated key projects construction on Oct.18, 2014. Qu required that all departments should accelerate the key projects construction to meet the annual targets and promote “another three-year” to be fulfilled successfully.

Qu investigated the construction sites of series projects as governance of Chenjiang river (Xiamei bridge section and Wangxian bridge section), upgrading project of Tonghui community of Xiamei bridge, rehabilitation hospital of People’s Hospital. Xiangnan Comprehensive Market, commercial residential community of Henglong International, aging community of Sun City, “four centers and one hall” project of Chenzhou city, and etc.

Qu stated that projects construction was the key grip for promotion of city’s upgrading, industrial transformation and improvement of well-being condition as well as the key support for fulfilling the annual social and economic targets. All departments, projects owners and construction units should keep sound working attitude to promote the progress of projects and ensure all to be fulfilled on time with good quality.

Qu emphasized that all departments should take active actions to serve for the projects, especially on striking for illegal behaviors, optimizing construction environment, promoting the removal of rod lines and land demolition, creating some green channels to accelerate the projects approval procedures, and etc. At the meantime, the projects owners should prepare joint work actively by selecting elites to handled the approval processes and enhance the capital collection work to grant the projects with enough investment constantly. The construction units should place more attention on the improvement of technologies, devices and talents to accelerate the construction speed on the basis of sound safety condition.

Qu emphasized that the governance of Chenjiang river should be promoted together with the greening work of the water system, governance of “two pollutions”, rural non-point pollution control and etc. to improve the water quality which aimed to meet the standard of swimming water. The upgrading of Tonghui community should be followed high standard and high quality to solve all the defects of former low quality community. The commercial housing communities should be followed the high quality construction, high standard approval and strict management, especially to encourage the residents to join in the management of the community and upgrade it to be livable and civilized community. Aging community of Sun City should be handled on the basis of local people’s requirements. “Four centers and one hall” project of Chenzhou city should be promoted with better capital collection and construction organization work.
