Han Yongwen stated on his investigation trip to Chenzhou city

It was reported that Han Yongwen- Member of Hunan Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary-general of Hunan Provincial Party Committee visited Yongxing county from Oct. 21-22, 2014 to check its work on keeping stable increase and promoting development of industrial parks. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Han with this investigation.

Han Yongwen visited some enterprises in Yongxing Taihe Industrial Park, National Circular Economic Demonstration Zone, New Material and New Energy Industrial Park, and etc.
In recent years, Yongxing county industrial parks’ economy was improved rapidly. 10 enterprises have been settled in Taihe Industrial Park, 7 of which have been finished and placed to operation. Their tax payment submitted in the first half year was amounted to 160million yuan. 37 above scale enterprises were gathered Yongxing National Circular Economic Demonstration Zone whose total industrial output value hit 19billion yuan in 2013, including 350million yuan tax payment. All enterprises provided over 8000 job vacancies for local people. The first phase of Yongxing New Material and New Energy Industrial Park was launched in November, 2012. Till now, 225million yuan has been fulfilled for this project, which helped to establish the preliminary road frame of the park. 4 enterprises were estimated to be placed to operation in the end of this year.

Han Yongwen learned details of the enterprises’operating condition, talent cultivation, technical innovation, and etc., and deeply investigated the issues concerned for the further development of industrial parks and enterprises on his investigation trip. Han said more policy support should be placed on the improvement of enterprises.

Han stated that industry was the key concern for stable increase and project was the key concern for development, so great attention should be placed on the development of industries in the industrial parks to ensure the targets of stable increase and further development to be fulfilled well. The advantages of location, human resources, and etc. should be well played to attract more investment, promote the undertaking coastal industrial transfer, and seize the development chances for new turn. The industrial layout should be figured out scientifically to perfect the infrastructure construction of industrial parks, perfect the supporting of industrial chains, and establish sound living condition. Enterprises should be encouraged to carry out the technological innovation to upgrade their core competitiveness and improve themselves accordingly. More attention should be placed on the joint cooperation between universities and enterprises to transfer the technologies to production capacities.
