Tidied houses, wide roads, beautiful environment, simple and sincere villagers… Those are the new images for the construction of well-off new rural handled out in Chenzhou city in recent years.

As you can see from above image, villagers were working on the greening and decoration of the demonstration spot of regulated new rural housing in Chetou village, Yizhang county. It was learned that this project covered 50mu areas which were planned to build 100houses. Its total investment was 35million yuan. Main work for 53 houses of the first phase has been finished till now and some other supporting facilities were being handled out accordingly which was estimated to be finished recently.

As you can see from the image, in the morning of Oct. 22, 2014, one of the villagers of new residential village of Jiaotang village, Sidu town, Guidong county was driving to the downtown. It was learned that this new residential village was constructed on the basis of the standards of “four unifications”. The infrastructures as water, electricity, road, greening, sanitation, street lamp, communications, and etc. were followed the new urbanization standards to be finished beforehand. Currently, 35 families have moved to this new village.
