It was learned from Chenzhou Government that it was honored as “national advanced unit of innovative service for small and medium-sized enterprises”by China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Chenzhou city was the exclusive one selected from Hunan province.

From 2014, the small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economy organizations of Chenzhou city conquered the tighter condition of macro economy and higher pressure of down turn, and kept a sound development trend. Till the end of this September, 16,970 private enterprises were available in Chenzhou city, which was 4646 more than last year. The real registered capitals were amounted to 75.423billion yuan with an increase of 51%. In the first three quarters of 2014, the increase rate of industrial added value of above scale small and medium-sized enterprises was up to 12.3% which was 3.2% higher than the large scale enterprises’ increase rate.

In order to serve for the small and medium-sized enterprises, Chenzhou city issued some favorable policies to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economies. Over 20 special actions which were aimed to serve for the small and medium-sized enterprises were carried out by Chenzhou city. At the meantime, the establishment of “digital enterprise” was handled out in Chenzhou city. It highly supported Jiahe Xiangjiang Tools Company to place 6million yuan on the construction of e-commerce platform, which was helpful to provide the customized and practical service for the small and medium-sized tools enterprises. Till now, one municipal level online service platform, 13 district and county level public service platforms, 13 small and medium-sized enterprises entrepreneur bases, and over 40 professional technical service platforms were established in Chenzhou city. Chenzhou municipal level platform is capable to interconnect with Hunan provincial platform and county and district level platforms, which helped to share the information with each other.

Furthermore, in order to solve the “difficult and expensive financing” problem for the small and medium-sized enterprises, Chenzhou city tried all best to promote the docking between banks and enterprises by organizing some financing signing conferences for small and medium-sized enterprises, symposiums for small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions, and etc. In 2014, 11.063billion yuan financing was successfully obtained by Chenzhou city to support the development small and medium-sized enterprises.
