It was reported the third group of the State Council’s investigation team for alleviating burdens of enterprises visited Chenzhou city from December 2-3, 2014.

It was purposely to check the alleviation work handled out by local governments. The team visited the exhibition hall of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park and some enterprises settled down there, checked the documents, and handled sealing talks with over 10 enterprises. The investigation team highly affirmed Chenzhou city’s alleviation work after the detailed investigation.

In recent years, Chenzhou city carefully implemented the favorable policies issued by the State Council and Hunan Provincial Government to alleviating the burdens of enterprises. Some innovative measures of simplifying administrative procedures, reform of tax and fee system, reform of commercial registration, working style rectification, and etc. were carried out by Chenzhou city, which greatly helped to achieve good effects on alleviating the burdens of enterprises. In the beginning of 2014, more than 10 favorable policies were issued by Chenzhou city and opened the complaint mode concerned for the fees and alleviation issues to the public firstly in Hunan province. Over half of the administrative procedures were cancelled and 2/3 time was saved on the approval process.

The investigation team hoped that Chenzhou city can keep trying first to handle the alleviation work to benefit the people and enterprises and promote more innovative Chenzhou models on the alleviation work. Better propaganda and monitoring work should be handled out as well to promote Chenzhou city’s development of new modernization and improvement of economy.
