It was reported that currently Yang Bao’an- Deputy Director of the State Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office led an investigation team to visit Chenzhou city and handled out the investigation work on Chenzhou city’s agricultural comprehensive development projects and capital management.

In last 26years, the total volume placed on the agricultural comprehensive development was amounted to 2.536billion yuan, 1.529billion yuan of which was from financial fund (1.174billion yuan was for land governance projects and 355million yuan was for industrialized operation projects); the retreated medium and low-yield fields were 1.2975millon mu; the newly constructed high standard farmlands were 0.251million mu; supports were placed on 163 industrialized operation projects. All of those helped to reach “three-upgrading”- upgrading of working level, upgrading of investment scale and upgrading of quality and profit.

The investigation group visited high-standard farmland projects zone in Wangxian town of Suxian district and Shunhua Duck Industry, Chenzhou Branch and listened to relative reports and introductions. A symposium was held after their on-site investigation. Yang Bao’an stated that the team members would tidy up all the practical problems and suggestions on agricultural development work presented by the staffs and replied to them accordingly. He sincerely hoped besides building confidence, all staffs should increase the crisis awareness, keep confidence, conquer problems, specify the location, and figure out the questions “what to do and how to do”; should carry out the agricultural development work with “three-safety”- capital safety, project safety and cadre safety; and should promote the agricultural development and cadre development with great progress by handling the work.

Li Bingli- Director of Hunan Provincial Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office and Lei Xiaoda- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Yang with this investigation.
