It was the date of 30th anniversary for Zixing city's establishment on December 24, 2014. A launching ceremony of 13 key projects was held to celebrate this anniversary.

Qingluhu park which is one of the key well-being projects was located in Tangdong district. It covered 460mu areas and 66million yuan investment. Five functional zones as staffs activities center, miner cultural square, moonlight over lotus pool zone, miner activities zone and play area along lake were set in the park. Once finished, the residents of coal mines' shanty town dispatched by the central government would be facilitated with the places to enjoy outdoor excises, entertainment and leisure time. The image and level of the city would be upgraded as well.

The 2.65billion-yuan joint cool-heat supply project which is a low-carbon, environment friendly and energy-saving project provides cool and heat for Tangli east urban area by cool water resources of small Dongjiang river and surplus heat resources of thermal power plant. Once finished, it can provide enough cool-heat to an urban area with 4million square meters and help to forge Zixing city to a city without external unit of air conditioner, which would be the first one in China.

Landscape of the north bank of Dongjiang bay is located in the area of Dongjiang bay of Zixing city. This 3kms long and 45 hectares big project covers with 100million yuan. It planned to build "wetland theme park, athletic theme park, fish culture park" and some other theme parks. It was purposely to show the best image of the nature with innovative, natural and ecological means.

Dongjiang bay bridge, third bide of Minsheng road, extension section of Jinning road, civil affairs service center for enterprises, road infrastructure construction for Luowei area, and some other city construction, transportation construction, enterprise, well-being projects which covered with over 4.2billion yuan in total were launched together at the same time. Once all finished, Zixing city's image would be greatly changed and it's economic and social development would be with further improvement.
