It is a zero breakthrough for Chenzhou city’s exportation of aquatic products

It was reported recently ten thousand of fresh sturgeon which was cultivated by Zixing Liangmei Xunlong Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. was successfully exported to Vietnam after passing the sampling and quarantine inspection handled out by Chenzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. It indicated the zero breakthrough for Chenzhou city’s exportation of aquatic products.

In order to implement the spirit of “general office of the State Council’s comments on supporting stable increasing of foreign trade”, promote the comprehensive development of Chenzhou city’s export-oriented economy, and assist the enterprises to follow the “going out” strategy, Chenzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau took active actions to serve the enterprises and carried out different measures to promote the development of foreign trade. The bureau guided the enterprises to solve the problem of market access and helped the enterprises to get the “registration license of export aquatic products plant”in last October by guiding it to enhance the interior management, providing it with technological support, and free sampling monitor of water quality and fodder, and forming suitable quality management system. At the meantime, it well played the technological advantages to guide the enterprise to perfect its self-inspection and self-quality control on seedlings incubation, release of fodder, water quality monitor, drug residue and pestilence monitor, product inspection, and etc. to ensure the quality and safety of exported fresh fish. Furthermore, the bureau enhanced daily supervision. It figured out a sampling monitor plan on the basis of risk analysis that all qualified fresh fish is capable to be discharged with license at the same day of its application of quarantine inspection. It greatly helped to shorten the period of inspection and quarantine and accelerated the discharging speed which helped to promote the exportation of fresh products.
